GA Creator Pen Name Database?

Does anyone know of a comprehensive listing of GA creators and the pen names they used - such as Lou Fine, aka E. Lectron, Basil Berold etc., Will Eisner used many as did other artists and writers.  

I know there were several reasons such as hiding they were working for another publisher and working in comics was not respected by some.

I can find information on an particular creator on sites like wiki and the Grand Comics Database but I was looking for a one page site with creators and their known pen names.
