JSA 87/ Xmen Legacy 0

I have a unique question for this message board. I was going through my collection when I came across my JSA series. I started to look through them when I came up on #87. I opened it up and it was not the JSA story but it was the X Men Legacy book inside of the JSA covers. This comic came straight from my LCS when it came out. It then started to seem wierd becuase it is a Marvel book inside a DC cover and also 7-8 months apart from the printing. Has anyone else come across this before?

I have never heard or seen such a thing.  I imagine it's an aftermarket  married cover, not a manufacturer error. If CGC confirmed it as real, you might get a nice bit of cash, but I wouldn't spend it just yet.
