I have been collecting for years but this may be out of my technical skill. The book is House of Mystery 175, first appearance of Cain. The seller says its 7.5, I dont completely agree or necessarily disagree and I have concerns. There appears to be a small bit of water damage on the back of the book. What does this sort of damage drop the grade by, also is this a good candidate for a clean and press? Additionally it appears that there may be some mold inside the book, again I do not know how this impacts the grade. I have attached pictures and I really appreciate any insight you might have.
