Any opinions on this book would be greatly appreciated. Book has a 1/16 " tear on bottom left corner of front cover

7.0.  That big diagonal crease and the tear brings it down from what would have been about an 8.0

With all the spine ticks fc and bc and the top right bc corner I'd go below 7.0.

I'd go with 5.0 for the spine ticks alone, along with the blunted or bent corners....

depending on the rest of the book I'd say 4.0

Probably not worth grading as at the current market you'd get more for it raw; it'd be fun to keep as a reader, and any body who saw it for sale, say $50, would snag it quick  I have a Half Price Books that had a copy around this condition priced at $50 and I saw several people consider it. I think though that someone eventually snagged it when it was coupon day at HPB
