Superman 7 - slab or not?

Opinions wanted ...

 

I have a nice (about a F or F+) looking copy of Superman 7 (1940). But it has

some obvious restoration, probably done by an amateur.

 

Sometime down the road I'm going to sell it, so is this book worth slabbing?

 

If you know it's going to come back with the PLOD, is it better to just sell

it unslabbed, describe and show the restoration, and save the grading fee?
