It's Tony DeZuniga. I guessed Lieber or Buckler pencils with DeZuniga inks but accroding to the GCD its DeZuniga on both.

One last issue for today, Wyatt Earp #34 CGC 9.0 OW/W. This is the VERY tough last issue of the Bronze run. It is the first and only CGC graded copy. This book (and actually all the books from these subs) look great in the slabs. Newton rings are almost nonexistent. There may not be a better copy than this one out there. $59
