I have no idea what you are referring to ? Never heard of a 60 dollar return fee packet .

I think you can get 25 books per invoice in a package.  Every time I submit more than this at once, it gets split into multiple invoices of 25 each -- so I'd assume that is the most that will fit in one box (for the $60 FedEx Ground cost).
