I'm trying to setup an account and use their online submission portal to add some items to my list, but it doesn't let me remove options for UV and the prices listed are twice as much as they are on their 'Pricing' pages.

Anyone have any issues with them?

I've contacted their customer service but they aren't exactly "quick" when responding to customers.
