Help if i should do a restoration on my comic book 0

Hi everyone I need help if it would be worth doing a restoration on my Captain America number 41. The graded now is around 2.0 to 2.5. there are a few pages that are hanging out. A piece of the cover chipped bottom left. pages are brown. there not many for sale out there last one that sold beside mine was in 2012 so I don't know how many are out there.

If ypu want to keep the book for your collection I'd say leave it as it is. 

Extensive restoration can be pricey, I don't know if selling it after restoration will cover the resto cost.

What he said, unless you worry that the loose pages will get further damaged by not being re attached/supported.
