Pedigree Comics’ September Special DC Grand Auction is underway. The auction began on the night on Monday, August 28th and lasts for nine (9) days until the night of Wednesday, September 6th as a separate event on the Pedigree Comics website (www.PedigreeComics.com). The first lot will end beginning at 8:03 p.m. EST (Action Comics #26 8.5) and the last lot will end at 11:29 P.M. (X-Men #132 9.4 Direct Edition).

There is no Buyers Premium on any of the lots in the auction and almost every listing has no reserve. Every book is CGC or CBCS graded and the minimum bid is only $100 for this Grand Auction. There are many incredible groups of books and runs as well as individual highest certified comics from a myriad of titles in the Special DC auction. Many of the books were recently graded by the CGC and many come from a bunch of different consignments. Here are the highlights of the auction:

The most recent addition to the auction is a spectacular group of just over 25 books that Pedigree Comics’ CEO and President, Doug Schmell, picked up at the just concluded Wizard World Chicago show of last weekend. The stand-out keys include the world's best and ONLY 9.2 copy of Showcase #22 in 9.2, the SINGLE HIGHEST GRADED EXAMPLE plus a gorgeous 8.5 copy of Showcase #4 with WHITE PAGES!!
