Corner defect 0

Hey everyone,

I recently found a book I've been looking for at a local store at a good price. Overall its a really clean modern book except the bottom left corner/spine has a fairly large tear. The top corner is normal. I have attached pictures of the corner and was wondering how this defect would affect the grade of an otherwise 9.2-9.6 book? I realize they aren't the greatest pictures, but hopefully you get the gist. Thanks for the input.

Looks pretty serious. Maybe about a 9.0 if the rest of the book is in M/NM.
