Back cover looks near perfect.  Front cover has some issues at each of the four corners, but presents very well.  I think 8.5, but a 9.0 would not surprise me.

I'm going with an 8.5. The very small tear on the front bottom left keeps it from a 9.0.

Good point.  If that is a tear, I drop my grade to 7.5.  If not, then I keep my grade at 8.5.
