CGC grade likely a 6.0- 6.5 so sell it raw as a F/VF+

7.5 before peeking -- the book structurally looks 8.0 shape -- but the dirt on the back I'll stick with 7.5

I'm seeing a possible small tear on the top just before the outside edge. Looks like a bit of fraying on the top spine corner and some slight wear on the bottom spine. Book has just great color and eye appeal. I think its an easy 7.5 but 8.0 would not surprise me in the least.

great book! my main worry would be how they assess the back cover's discoloring and why does it stop about an inch from the bottom? I'd assume the worst at a 6.5 and be happily surprised when it comes back 7.0 or higher.
