One book only in this thread. The last buyer on this book seems to have disappeared off of the forums and has not responded to any of my messages, so I am offering up this book again as I require the funds for another purchase I made earlier.  Book will be offered at the same price that it was offered in my previous sales thread.

Paypal is the preferred method of payment, all sales in US dollars.

An :takeit:in the thread trumps any ongoing PM discussions or offers.   No Hall of Shame or Probation folks please, I will not sell to you.

Shipping is included in the asking price for all slabs anywhere in the US or Canada.   Elsewhere shipping will be at cost minus what I would have spent on shipping to the US.

Returns are accepted up to one week after you have received the item, return shipping is at your expense.
