I figure this may make things easier in all the specific book topics where this subject is discussed. That way people can talk about the books and their love for their superheroes without the having to endure the money aspect of the hobby. And for us people who want to know what is going on financially as well we can have our own thread.

SC22 seems to be one of the hotter books at the moment.

As mentioned before to me SC22 is very undervalued compared to other top SA key issues. I know it went up in value a few years back but still seems very cheap.

I think FF1 is also picking up steam in 6.0 and lower.

X-Men #9, 1st meeting of X-Men and the Avengers, has been selling like crazy since the Disney/Fox purchase news.

I agree on the FF1. prices still vary quite a bit but it's not as easy to find one way under value like it used to be. The talks of Marvel getting back the rights are a sign to get it now before the hype machine drives it up like crazy.
