This is the Gerber Photo Journal copy.  It is also the Calvin Slobodian copy. I bought it from John Verzyl in 1990 & traded it to Richard Evans in 1999 or so. 

BTW... that is not a tear on the right hand edge, it is a production crease in the paper with no ink.
