You probably already have a copy, but this nice copy frees up a lower grade copy I'd be happy to send you at no charge, particularly since you admire the work. Just shoot me a pm.  And probably also have lows of 1 & 3 also (still no better than 3.5s, probably worse, I forget) same deal, just take em since you're a fan.

Sorry Harry - I completely forgot to check.  I’ve got the MSH 15 on your stack and if we go over the 4 lbs I can move it over or we can go to 2 packages and I’ll help out a bit on the shipping.  Either way I’m sure everyone will get some great books at a great price.
