I read this was Miller's first artwork with Batman. I own a copy and can't find a credit anywhere for Miller. Can someone help out.

Right series, wrong number: the first Miller Bats art is in DC Special Series 21...

Correct. This is the same story ("Wanted: Santa Claus Dead or Alive") that was reprinted in the Frank Miller Batman leather-bound book that came out years back.....
