Picked up this copy recently; however, when I opened the front cover you can see someone used it as a table top to write on.  Almost looks like carbon paper was in there.  

Any idea how this will affect the grade?  Only other flaw is the slight indentation on the front cover from the writing.

That's a lot of writing, which also means a lot of indentation. To be honest, I wouldn't bother submitting this book. I think you will be disappointed with the grade. It will probably hold it in the 8.0/8.5 range.

Thanks for the response .  Just haven't encounter this kind of defect before and wasn't quite sure what kind of grade it might get.  Personally, was thinking 9.0/9.2 range, so yeah...would have been disappointed if in the lower range.
