Here's the rules. 

Some of the important things you are missing are form of payment (paypal, check, money order) and return policy.

I’ve read the guidelines and I’ve edited my listing to include payment and return policy. Does this solve the issue?

Great, thank you! Yes, I also sell on ebay but I end those listings when I post them here.
