Help Identifying 1st Print Superman MOS 18 & Batman 497 0

Hello Everybody

New to the boards and looking to get some help identifying what the print numbers, worth, stuff like that about these issues. 

See if its worth getting graded because they are in immaculate condition.

Also information on TDK Returns book 1.

The MOS have roman numerals under the price for subsequent printings. Here is a second print and a 5th print for example

 

Quick google search yielded this

So it looks like the Batman has those Roman Numerals as well.

Unless you are both

a) super confident in your grading

b) super confident these are flawless

then they are probably not worth grading

 

look for sold copies on eBay or other auction sites to get an idea of pricing
