PGM Giant Size Spider-Man 4, 3rd appearance of The Punisher, with Water Damage

I got this rare beauty for an amazing price thinking the water damage was far worse than it actually is. I would think this book would fall somewhere in the VF family without it, but I'm stumped to what it would grade as is.

The spine and structure of the book are nice enough that even with that much water damage, I'd go 3.0 to 3.5 on it. I can't see it making 4.0 (an otherwise 7.0 with moisture damage) because it's soaked right through, front to back. The book would have to be otherwise almost flawless to get up to 4.0 with those tide lines and amount of soak-through.

By CGC's standards I'm guessing 4.0 to 4.5. An extremely high grade copy tugged down to VG range.
