I have a cgc graded comic with a rainbow oily look inside 0

I have a she hulk 1 cgc 9.6 that has a rainbow look on the inside of the sealed case. Is this normal? I hope it is not moisture from being mailed in cold damp weather. If anyone noes, could you please let me know if this is common. Thanks!

It's fine, don't worry about it. It's simply the inner well pressing against the outer well, two plastics creating a rainbow effect. If it's an older design you can get rid of it by sliding an envelope, or something like it, into the sides of the case to the rainbow and it will disappear.
