15 Mystery Stories v40#1 (#3), June 1950.
The cover appears to have been swiped by Superior for Strange Mysteries #8, November 1952 (see pic below).
2.5   Cream pages    $110  cover has some scanner glare due to thickness of pulp

Front cover has a tear a little less than 1 and 1/2" at the right edge below the Popular logo. Front cover separated from the bottom of the spine for a little over 1". 
Book has the normal pulp warping so that it does not lay completely flat.
HTF pulp from Popular, part of the final continuation of the great Dime Mystery run. This title lasted only five issues and this is issue #3.
