Hi all, could you please take a look at this.

How would this grade?

There is a small slight wave in the back cover , on the edge (not spine side), and  is only visible under reflected light on the black back cover.   It does not go through the book to the front cover,   Regarding the back: There's no tear or wave when looking at it under normal lighting.  It's not any type of water damage but might be from the pressure of the band around the bulk stack of comics when shipped from the printing press.
