Hello boardies,

I'm considering buying this beauty (these are the only photos available), but I am having trouble with separating my heart from my head (and my wallet). Needless to say, I would really appreciate some feedback on what you think the grade would be on this? I've been told that the cover and all pages are attached.

Thinking 2.5 but Golden age could get a bump. I'll stick with 2.5 due to the shadow staining and the spine splits.

Thank you 1Cool. I was mostly worried about the quality of the spine too... If it is really brittle, I'm worried it will be graded more harshly... more around the 1.5-2.0 mark. Any other opinions?

2.5 was my first thought as well. Nice! The pages do look a touch dusky, but from what's shown I wouldn't quite say brittle.

I just wanted to repay the favor for all of you who provided their advice on the estimated grade. It looks like despite some of the chipping, this book turned out great and got the GA bump. Very happy and THANK YOU once again to the boardies who helped giving me a second opinion on the grade.

Great outcome! Coongrats - it's obviously something you really wanted, and it's good to see it at the top end of our estimates.
