I had Neal Adams sign my Flash #49 (Neal Adam’s variant) 2 Year’s ago at Colorado Springs Comic Con but didn’t have it witnessed by CGC. Neal Adams and Frank Miller both did the cover. What grade and label would I get if I have Frank Miller sign it this year at Denver Comic Con and witnessed by CGC?

The label should verify and date the Frank Miller signature that the CGC witnesses and be issued on a yellow signature label for that signature alone,  but not mention any type of language verifying the Adams signature, other than to mention on the label, "Neal Adam written in ink (or whatever) on the cover". Of course, if it's important for you to have the Adams signature verified, you could always get a COA for that, to keep with the slab, through any one of a number of companies who provides that service, there are many.
