It looks like it with that edge being not even and the sliver that looks like someone tried using a razor to straighten it.

There is a yellow patch on the TOP left sight above the word feature and was wondering if it is a paint touch up.

Restoration is applied to improve the look of a book. How would that yellow spot improve the book ? Why would they touch up a red area with yellow paint ? I don't think that yellow spot is restoration.
