DOes anyone have any info on this Brian Bolland piece 1 1

I saw this prelim for sale and was wondering what issue this belonged to. I've tried looking into it but haven't had any success, so I was wondering if any of you guys knew anything?

It does not look familiar to me so I assume it was a preliminary cover design that was rejected.  DC may have went with a different design for the final published cover.

 

I suspect Superman Unchained vol 1 issue 3 variant was the issue in question.  If you search on the internet, you will see a published variant cover by Bolland with similar theme but completely different design.
