Yes, it's a bit hard to assign a confident grade with these scans but I echo what my esteemed colleague above says. Right now? It appears 9.0 or 9.2 but I'm unsure if those are creases or not on the lower back cover. One is horizontal the other vertical but I can't discern much more than that without some clarity/depth perception. Your best bet may be to get that book pressed and graded and then come back and share the results!
