I am not sure if this copy has a detached outer cover?  Their price is insane and the shipping cost is outrageous.  I didn't inquire the seller.

Im sure its just a typo. Seller has nice feedback and no marks against shipping.

Ok so I got the answer it was a typo lets see if he fixes it.

seller says : MY BAD JUST WANTED TO SEND IT PRIORTY AT THAT PRICE I COULD HAVE FLOWN IT THERE HANKS RON
