Martin Sinescu Posted April 13, 2018 Share Posted April 13, 2018 I don't think it's a sign of moisture, especially if it's in an older holder (without the page quality below the grade). The labels seemed to not really be sandwiched in the case on those, so they were just in there loosey-goosey with plenty of room to ripple. I had this on a few of my older slabs and just assumed it was a design flaw more than anything else. I'm guessing your book is okay.
