question about storing GA books. 0

i have a question i think might be dumb but its coming from hereing 2 different opinions.

i buy a lot of LOW grade EC & PCH. I read them and post them on the boards here. then i put them in mylites 2 with full back.

so my question. i would like to write on a sticker stating any defects the book has should i use pen or pencil? the reason im asking and i know this sounds stupid but like i said ive herd 2 different opinions.

some saying no and some saying yes. is there a difference between pen/pencil.

most dealers at shows have defects written on the back board with pencil...so i don't know.

what do you guys do???

I like to put a white sticker back of the mylite with pencil noting for future reference if that helps
