FR condition, spine is very rough, with a three inch split on bottom, and pieces out leaving about 25% intact. Technically it's holding on at the top staple, but barely. 

Pages are OW. A few have small tears in them, but no chunks are out, or major tears through the page. Centerfold is still attached. 

Beat but complete with no tape or resto. 

One of the all time classic crime covers!
