Verifying a book for CGCSS with a form? 0

I am looking to purchase a book directly from an artist that he has remarked. Now I asked about SS and he offerred yo fill out a CHC Certificate for it. Does this mean I could send it in at a later date as a SS?

This seems like a good question to ask Cgc directly.

but I’m pretty sure the artist has to send to Cgc directly.  If you get it first you won’t get Cgc ss.

but contact Cgc directly for the specific forms and process
