I believe this would be graded 8-8.5. Its because of what appears to be a very light crease at the bottom middle of the books front cover. This I believe would keep it from being graded higher. Also some minor soiling on the back cover. Outstanding copy! Again I'm only a armature. Let's hear what the pro's have to say.

8.0, and the model 1894 BB gun looks just like the real deal in that ad.  The plastic looked horrible when you saw one for real.  Not made anymore.
