PGM: Miscut Lone Ranger #76 0

This is the only picture I have of the book from the person that has it, but has this book been trimmed or is this a production error and it is miscut?  How would it affect the grade?

Its a shame, good looking book otherwise. I find it hard to believe someone would do that deliberately. But we have to grade it as it is. Such an extreme defect. A moderate trim defect may be graded a 5.0 but this would push the grade far lower. Maybe a 1.0-2.0 is my best (amature) guess.

My feeling here is that if the book is in the Fine range (which is my best guess on this one without seeing the back cover) it shouldn't affect the grade very much, if at all. I hope this helps and good luck...
