I will take this annual 3 only if you send it to CGC first.  I do not buy raw books because I prefer impartial grading which protects buyer and seller.  That is why CGC exists.  Also there could even be restoration and only CGC can detect it.

Thanks for your interest in the book but I will pass on your offer. It is your choice to not buy raw books but many prefer raw books.
