Bought this from that same weirdo in Oregon the Avengers Annual #1 came from. Hard to see in the glare on the one pic, but some light scuffing at the bottom staple. Nice, flat copy though.

I was debating that myself, but mistook the printer's crease for a scratch, but I can see the corresponding self-same mark on the back cover, so yes to your final grade on it.

Was gonna say 7.5, but besides that scuff the rest of it looks so good. Could get an 8.0

here's what I see. tiny piece of the corner out of the top outside corner back cover. some light wear on the bottom outside edge F.C. Hard to tell if thats a light thumb crease on the top edge above " ALL ".  Bottom corner is rounded and some color flaking by that bottom staple. Still a real nice copy.
