Another tough group! This is what I came up with: 

PL 9 - If cover is detached, it's .5 

PL 11 - 3.5

PL 20 - 4.5

PL 22 - 5.5

PL 24 - 4.5

Yep, it's tough. Despite the cover is detached, PL 9 is still GD 2.0 because it is complete. Most of them are pretty close to my estimate grades.
