While you have genuine insight to the inhouse CGC workings, most of us have only our personal experiences for reference. Most of the knowledge I gathered was from years ago when you could call and talk to them, even exchange PM's with some of them, especially Borock. I remember my very first submission, using my membership coupon, CGC Receiving called to tell me my books arrived safe and sound. Wow !  Before that first submission, I was scared to submit but that act of service put me at ease for more submissions. Good times !

There was definitely a family atmosphere back in those days. We all pitched in to make it work, and we hung out together when we weren't working, too. They were indeed good times...
