Did not notice that.  That said, I took another look.  The gloss is consistent.  It is not a scrape or a scuff or a rub.  It appears to be a printing defect.  I will update the listing to that effect.  Folks can make their own assessment as to the impact on grade.  Plus, the return policy is in effect.  Will add pics shortly.
