I know you want GA books but wasn't sure if you were aware of these - I don't have any of them but according to the amazon listing the bottom two are a 2 volume compilation of the Complete Works of Fletcher Hanks - Images from Amazon along with links to the books.  I am unsure if there is overlap with that first book but the two volume set says complete works, I suspect so.
