Fantastic Four 5

Just picked up this key yesterday,

same question as my number 3, current grade, press and clean potential.

The write up from Ebay:

book that presents generalized stress, creasing, surface wear, edge wear, corner wear, and foxing commonly found in comics that are over fifty years old. The front cover shows edge chipping along the top, light erasure on three of the thought balloons (most apparent at The Thing), a small stain emanating from Mr. Fantastic's buttocks, and a tiny dot stain underneath Dr. Doom's word balloon. The bottom edge has a quarter inch tear in the dark area near The Invisible Girl, a one eighth inch tear below The Thing's right foot, and a one eighth inch tear in Mr. Fantastic's shadow. The spine has half inch top and bottom splits adjoining a tiny missing bottom corner that measures one eighth inch between edges and less from the tip. There's also multiple horizontal stress lines along the spine with the majority measuring one quarter inch or less plus two half inch lines that are not as discernible. The back cover is missing a bottom left corner triangle piece that measures one quarter inch from the tip and one half inch between the edges, and the bottom edge also shows chipping including a rectangular shape measuring one eighth inch high by one quarter inch wide. The top left corner of the back cover is folded in upon itself which gives a false appearance of a chip or tear and bears a lightly inscribed "$200.00" pencil mark.

Thanks,

Ed
