Help grading and evauating a few older books 0

I have an Incredible hulk 1 and I tenativey have assigned it a 3.5-4.0    I can get some higher quality pictures if anyone is willing to take a shot at a guesstimate ballpark grade .  I am also wondering if there is a possible grade gain cleaning and pressing the book at all.....input, or help appreciated. I can add further images tomorrow if I find anyone responds

you would definitely need more pictures for anyone to give an opinion on pressing or cleaning or grade (though just based on this I don't think you're too far off).

 

There is a 'please grade my comic' subforum here on the boards.  YOu should take a bunch more pictures (maybe 5) and post the pictures there and ask the same questions.
