With a scanner!! But seriously, if you r starting a new topic, hit that selection in the upper right corner of the page and in the main body, click next to the paper clip where it says Drag files here to attach or choose files. if responding to a topic,  go to the main body, click next to the paper clip where it says Drag files here to attach or choose files.
