Lovely bit of "Iron"

I think Im missing something here....Is it "lovely" because:

1) the scan omits the CGCgrade?

2) It's a pretty lousy looking 9.4? (might be the scanner's too bright...)

3) Iron Man #1's a stupid purchase at any price and grade? (far too common...)

4) J&S doesn't alert winners until they fail to pay promptly?

 

....am I getting warm??
