BassGMan
My wife is very supportive of my involvement with comic books but has zero interest in them personally. She does however idolize Lucille Ball and her show I Love Lucy. So what can I do? Buy her Lucy comics, of course. I bought her an original Lucy comic from the early 60s but I actually like the look and the covers better on the Eternity reprint series from 1989/1990 that reprint old Lucy comic strips. There were two black and white six-issue mini-series that were published by Eternity along with a color special. I like the covers as they are all artificially colored black and white photos, but they have a really nice look. Anyway, I bought my wife a six-issue set and I liked them so much I just bought another set for myself. Sets usually run about $20-30.
