Jayman
Dell Four Color # 156 I don't usually collect the "funny animal" genre but I really liked these covers! Dell Four Color #

ft88
Great Porky Pig comics, very much appreciated. The best of the funny animal books - where else can you get original Warner Bros character material from the 40's and 50's without paying huge for it. arexcrooke
Very nice book Mike! What are the defects on it that bring it "down" to a f/vf?
drbanner
Very nice book Mike! What are the defects on it that bring it "down" to a f/vf? Light spine wear/stress, wear at the top of the spine, and a light 1/2" edge crease along the top edge that doesn't show up in the scan. I feel the grade is pretty accurate...I'm more than happy with it!

Silver Surfer
Damn this wasn't cheap but what a cool book and I have been looking for a 9.8 forever. Wish I had a better scan.

So you was the winner of this book... Congrats. I was watching it, ready to snipe it, but with a max bid of $125 , it seems that i was out of the game. This book and Iron man #150 are surely the best covers of the Romita Jr/Layton run.
Silver Surfer
So many great covers on that run but this one and #150 certainly stand out. Paid a lot for this book but I could probbaly recoup my cash if I wanted to as I think there are only 3 9.8's out there and this was the first one I have seen for sale. Silver Surfer
Nice but are many of the issues cut off so drastically at the top?
DKB
Its certainly not a trait of the pedigree. And I'm not a FF collector so much, so that wouldn't be something I'd have noticed or heard about before. But a quick trip to eBay and it seems there are a few copies of FF 100 like that.
