White streaks on back cover does it affect grade? 0

I have a Pressman variant copy of X-men 11 and noticed that there are some white streaks on the back cover. I think that this might be a printing issue and was concerned how much it would affect the grade?

I'm guessing it's a 1.0 point deduction (there's a forum called something like "buddy can you please spare a grade", if u post this over there with scans of front and back you might get a better response)
